About The Position
Be a part of the sales vision at Canada's most exciting new community. Jayman BUILT is seeking a Concierge to play a key role in shaping one of North America's most anticipated communities. This role is a key driver in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet, a 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary. This long-term project offers 10+ years of opportunity, with potential advancement and growing career with the Jayman BUILT organization. This is a highly visible role requiring a polished teammate, able to bring a unique lifestyle brand to life.
Requirements
- A sensational customer service philosophy, with the desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule which could include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adjust to continually shifting priorities
- Consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Strong computer skills including expert working proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers, in a personalized and refined manner
- Assist our sales team in scheduling tours and appointments
- Initial registration as well answering general questions
- Provide administrative support to sales team
