About The Position

The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing knowledge of beauty trends and products while helping customers find deals and providing a quick, easy, and enjoyable shopping experience. The role also supports sales-floor readiness through inventory processing, merchandise ticketing, cleaning, replenishment, re-merchandising, tester maintenance, and straightening. The Beauty Concierge responds to customer concerns and works to resolve them promptly and effectively.

Requirements

A calm demeanor in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share knowledge of beauty trends and products with customers.
Help customers find deals while keeping the shopping experience quick, easy, and enjoyable.
Keep the sales floor clean and replenished.
Complete inventory processes, check in merchandise properly, and ensure it is accurately ticketed.
Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Work with the team to maintain sales-floor readiness by re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
