About The Position
The Rack Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing knowledge of beauty trends and products while helping customers find great deals and enjoy a quick, easy, and fun shopping experience. The role also supports sales-floor readiness and inventory accuracy, maintains merchandise presentation, and resolves customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent hand use and movements such as bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling. The employee may handle bulky or awkwardly shaped merchandise, reach above the head, regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds. The listed pay range is $16.40–$17.10 per hour. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of beauty trends and products with customers.
- Provide a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience while helping customers find the deals they are looking for.
- Keep the sales floor clean, filled in, and ready for customers.
- Complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Work with the team to maintain sales-floor readiness through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
