About The Position

The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing knowledge of beauty trends and products with customers. The role focuses on making the customer experience quick, easy, and enjoyable while helping customers find deals. It also supports sales-floor readiness by maintaining merchandise, completing inventory processes, and working with the team to re-merchandise, replenish testers, and keep the floor organized. The position requires resolving customer concerns effectively and performing the physical tasks needed to handle and display merchandise.

Requirements

Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share knowledge of beauty trends and products with customers.
Help customers find desired deals while providing a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience.
Keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
Complete inventory processes and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Work with the team to maintain sales-floor readiness through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
