About The Position

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves sharing a love of beauty trends, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a quick, easy, and fun customer experience. The Beauty Concierge is also responsible for maintaining the sales floor, completing inventory processes, and resolving customer issues effectively. Collaboration with the team is essential to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.

Requirements

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to reach for and lift bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
Ensure a quick, easy, and fun customer experience.
Keep the sales floor clean, filled, and organized.
Complete inventory processes, including checking in merchandise and accurate ticketing.
Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions.
Work with the team to re-merchandise, fill testers, and straighten the sales floor.
