About The Position
The Rack Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing knowledge of beauty trends and products while helping customers find deals and enjoy a quick, easy, and fun shopping experience. The role also supports inventory processes, merchandise presentation, and customer issue resolution. The position requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and frequent handling of merchandise. The listed hourly pay range is $16.40–$17.10; offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Requirements

- Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
- Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of beauty trends and products with customers.
- Help customers find the deals they are looking for while keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and fun.
- Keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
- Complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Work with the team to keep the sales floor ready by re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
