About The Position

The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing beauty trends and product knowledge with customers. The role focuses on providing a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience while helping shoppers find deals. It also includes maintaining the sales floor, completing inventory processes, resolving customer concerns, and keeping merchandise and testers ready throughout the day.

Requirements

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to remain calm in a busy retail environment.
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Share beauty trends and product knowledge with customers.
Help customers find deals while keeping their experience quick, easy, and fun.
Keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and complete inventory processes, including checking in and accurately ticketing merchandise.
Resolve customer situations in a timely and effective manner.
Work with the team to maintain sales-floor readiness through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening merchandise throughout the day.
