Beauty Concierge - Wilmot Plaza Rack
About The Position
The Beauty Concierge works in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, sharing beauty product knowledge and trends with customers while helping them find appealing deals. The role supports an efficient, enjoyable customer experience and keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and ready for customers. It also involves completing inventory processes, accurately checking in and ticketing merchandise, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining displays through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day. The position requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending and reaching, regular lifting of items up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. The listed pay range is $16.45–$17.15 per hour, with pay dependent on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
Requirements

- Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
- Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of beauty products and trends with customers.
- Help customers find desired deals while keeping the customer experience quick, easy, and enjoyable.
- Keep the sales floor clean and stocked.
- Complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Work with the team to keep the sales floor ready by re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day.
