Requirements

• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop store personnel.
• Ability to meet store sales, customer service, operational, and inventory objectives.
• Ability to manage staffing and scheduling in line with business needs, training, and special events.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, documentation, and policies.
• Ability to safeguard company assets and respond to communications and system-error corrections in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Remain on the sales floor most of the time to coach and develop store personnel.
• Partner with the District Manager to review headcount forecasts and staffing.
• Schedule staff to meet business needs, training requirements, and special events such as product launches.
• Foster pride and ownership in the store's appearance, ensuring employees understand that the store represents AT&T to customers.
• Review and drive compliance with back-office processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.
• Safeguard codes, passwords, and proprietary Company assets.
• Respond promptly to communications, requests for supporting information, and corrections to system errors.
• Ensure required store training is completed on time.
• Implement Prime values, goals, and aspirations in the store to foster a positive culture.
• Lead store personnel and drive sales, customer service, operational, and inventory performance.
• Ensure RSCs and ASMs consistently achieve sales quotas and income objectives and meet or exceed goals.
• Develop, implement, and manage programs and processes.
