About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote CSL products in the HAE portfolio and manage business development and distributors to achieve sales targets.
• Promote products to select call points to achieve territory sales targets, consistent with regional and corporate direction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and external clients to increase awareness of product offerings.
• Establish and maintain high-level scientific relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Facilitate development of new accounts while supporting growth of existing accounts.
• Support education programs, including providing presentations at scientific congresses, conferences, and patient organization meetings.
• Provide input to the marketing strategy.
• Ensure customer contact and promotional activities comply with company policy and standard operating procedures.
