About The Position

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of a Lidl store in the Cork City Area. The role focuses on leading by example, achieving store KPIs, developing the team, maintaining shop floor presentation and stock availability, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Leaving Certificate or equivalent completed.
At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Full driving licence.
Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential if the candidate has the right attitude.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Take a target-driven approach to KPIs.
Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Consistently deliver excellent customer service.
