About The Position

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will work on the shop floor and behind the scenes, managing store operations and supporting the team. Responsibilities

• Set an example for the Store Team and customers.
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate and support the team, learning from the Company's values.
• Check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs.
• Provide friendly customer service and help with customer queries.
• Comply with health and safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
• Manage cash processes and monitor stock integrity.
