About The Position

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Fortunestown store. The role involves leading by example, managing and developing the store team, maintaining excellent shop-floor presentation and adequate stock levels, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. The position has a target-driven focus on KPIs and requires flexibility to work varying shift patterns.

Requirements

Completed Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Full driving licence.
Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential for candidates with the right attitude.
