About The Position

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures, especially regarding cash and compliance.
• Must be able to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for gaming and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payouts, cash handling, and machine reimbursements accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow all company cash handling procedures.
• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Monitor the casino floor and report any suspicious activity or malfunctions.
• Keep cashier station and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked.
