About The Position
The Assistant Service Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the service shop, including customer communication, inventory management, and workflow coordination. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience
- Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building
- Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level
- Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast paced environment
- Honest, goal-oriented and energetic team player
- Must have valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
