About The Position
Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Regional Branch Manager who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Retail Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field
- 5+ years in financial services, retail banking, or comparable sales and service environment

Responsibilities
- Directly leads, coaches, and develops Branch Managers within the assigned region.
- Establishes clear expectations and holds Branch Managers accountable for employee, member, sales, and overall branch results.
- Partners with Branch Managers to improve employee engagement, retention, performance, sales confidence, and readiness for advancement.
- Promotes a leadership culture centered on accountability, collaboration, employee growth, professional sales practices, and member service.
- Coaches Branch Managers on creating branch-level growth plans that reflect the needs and opportunities within their markets.
- Ensures sales activity is supported by clear goals, consistent follow-up, effective use of the Credit Union’s member relationship management system, and accountability for moving opportunities forward.
- Holds Branch Managers accountable for meeting established expectations for employee performance, member experience, growth, compliance and overall branch results.
- Reviews branch and employee performance data regularly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring additional focus.
- Leads the implementation of new Retail initiatives, technology, products, service models, sales approaches, and organizational priorities across the assigned region.
