About The Position

Greenix is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly motivated Branch Manager to lead branch employees and support the continued growth of its pest control business. The role calls for leading by example and demonstrating the work and standards expected of the team. The Branch Manager helps ensure effective operations and World Class Service, works with employees to deliver quality and timely service to every customer, and oversees training, compliance, human resource activities, and sales. The position has a hands-on focus on the expansion and success of the business.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous management experience.
• Experience with reporting software.

• Pest control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team works effectively, operates proficiently, and maintains World Class Service.
• Work closely with branch employees to ensure quality and timely work is delivered to every customer.
• Oversee branch operations, including training, compliance, human resource activities, and sales.
• Take a hands-on approach and contribute to the expansion and success of the business.
• Complete routes when employees call off.
• Perform office duties on Mondays and Fridays.
• Spend full days visiting team members in the field.
