About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing hospitable, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals.

The role supports branch success through client service, account servicing and maintenance, new account opening, education about everyday banking and digital self-service options, and branch operations. The position is at the Green Bay West Branch in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is listed as 20 hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients by greeting them, listening to their needs, managing lobby traffic with a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and deliver seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
