Responsibilities

• Greet clients, create a welcoming branch environment, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
