About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 20 hours in the Green Branch in Uniontown, Ohio.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients about day-to-day banking transactions and help them use self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
