General Dentist - Green Bay

Ascendent Health Partners•Town of Scott, WI
•$150,000 - $190,000•Onsite

About The Position

Ascendent Health Partners is hiring a General Dentist for its privately owned, doctor-led practice in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The practice emphasizes patient relationships and individualized care over high-volume treatment. Through the group, the dentist receives buying power and back-office support while retaining clinical autonomy and the characteristics of private practice. The dentist will care for existing and new patients, lead and mentor a small team, and build long-term relationships with patients. The practice provides general dental services, with opportunities to pursue training and provide endodontic, implant, and clear aligner services. The schedule is 30–35 hours per week across four days. Emergency coverage is shared equally among the practice’s doctors. Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000–$190,000 per year plus a performance incentive. The practice also offers an Equity Earn-In Program through which doctors can earn ownership over time, with no buy-in, loan, or personal guarantee, and without reducing clinical pay. The posting states that doctors average $240,000 per year and top performers earn $400,000 per year. Benefits include an annual continuing education budget, reimbursement for mental health, fitness, and self-care programs, dental care at no cost for the dentist and their immediate family, a Safe Harbor 401(k) with an employer contribution, paid professional liability insurance and professional dues, eight paid holidays, 80 hours of paid personal time, and medical benefits after a 90-day introductory period.
