About The Position
Responsible for ensuring The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience by satisfying guests. Greets guests at the Hotel’s front entrance and safely and courteously transports their luggage to the Front Desk and then to the guest’s room. Explains room accommodations and equipment to guests, including the proper operation of room locks, televisions, and thermostats. Responds courteously and promptly to guests’ requests, complaints, and inquiries. Maintains working knowledge of Company facilities and on-property special events to advise guests whenever possible.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality, professionalism, prompt and courteous service, and extreme attention to detail.
