About The Position

The Bell Person, described as a Guest Arrival Expert, helps create memorable guest arrival and departure experiences. The role takes initiative to deliver services throughout those experiences and is empowered to move around the work area to address operational needs and guest requests, complete reports, and share information about local highlights. The position helps make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
