About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Assistant Community Manager for Harmony Grove Townhomes in Flint, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges and has a passion for property management. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, including rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties, with a focus on creating happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management (Tax Credit & HUD)
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
