About The Position
Holbrook Heating is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dependable In-Store Appointment Setter for a customer-facing, on-site position. The role involves speaking with retail customers, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments for store-sponsored HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement services. No HVAC experience is required; paid training and support are provided. The position offers $18.00 per hour plus a $25 bonus for each successful appointment scheduled, and is presented as an opportunity for flexible part-time or supplemental income. Applicants of all ages and backgrounds are welcome, including retirees, career changers, and people returning to the workforce.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet appointment-setting goals.
- Weekend availability is required.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service is preferred but not required.
