About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join its in-person Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania call center team. The role involves speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in the company’s products and scheduling appointments for the In-Home Sales team. It is a fast-paced, phone-based sales position focused on customer engagement and appointment setting, with no cold calling. Paid training, career growth opportunities, and performance bonuses are offered. The hourly rate is $18.75–$19.75, with an average annual performance bonus opportunity of $2,500–$7,000; bonus earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on performance and eligibility.
