About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring full-time Inside Sales Representatives for its in-person Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania call center. This fast-paced, phone-based sales role involves speaking with customers who have already expressed interest in the company’s products and scheduling appointments for the In-Home Sales team. The position does not involve cold calling. Paid training and career growth opportunities are offered. Compensation is $18.75–$19.75 per hour, plus an average annual performance bonus opportunity of $2,500–$7,000; bonus earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on performance and eligibility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Employment is subject to pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work toward daily and monthly performance goals.
