Senior Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

About The Position
Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Senior Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC Certified) to manage our maintenance team! The Senior Apartment Maintenance Supervisor's role is to aid and support all areas of property maintenance. The main function of this position is to supervise maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders. Additional duties include providing support to the property manager, inspecting the quality of maintenance work performed, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.
Requirements
- Experienced in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- HVAC certification.
- 5+ years minimum experience in a relevant Supervisory role.
- Effective leader and communicator.
- Hands-on team player.
- Positive attitude.
- Dependable and professional.
- Ability to get it done and motivate staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders.
- Provide support to the property manager.
- Inspect the quality of maintenance work performed.
- Direct maintenance staff.
- Set work order priorities.
- Recruitment, training, and development of staff.
