Maintenance Supervisor - Carillon Apartment Homes
About The Position
MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead all aspects of maintenance at Carillon Apartment Homes in Woodland Hills, California. The role includes diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance, overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff, managing the resident service request system, and assisting the manager with coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling personnel. The supervisor also conducts regularly scheduled safety meetings, maintains accurate preventive maintenance request and expenditure records, and coordinates or performs equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience with at least 200 units.
- Experience in all trades.
- Team player with a superior customer service attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance.
- Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff.
- Manage the system for handling resident service requests.
- Assist the manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling maintenance personnel.
