Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
Cedar Trace Apartments, a Monarch Investment community in Maryland Heights, Missouri, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead its on-site maintenance team. The supervisor prioritizes and completes service requests and work orders, oversees unit make-ready and turn processes, works with the Property Manager on budgeting and planning, and leads the preventive maintenance program. The role also involves supervising and mentoring the maintenance team, participating in an on-call rotation of one week every four weeks, and performing interior and exterior painting and staining as needed. The position pays $28.00–$32.00 per hour based on experience, with quarterly maintenance bonuses of up to $4,000 per year. The company also offers an on-call stipend, annual performance reviews with potential raises, and the benefits listed below. Requirements
- At least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
- HVAC experience, including air conditioning, electrical, and forced-air systems.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Hands-on skills in drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing (such as sweating copper pipe), electrical work (outlets, switches, and fixtures), appliance repair, and gas and electric water heater repair.
