About The Position
Seeking Valet attendants to work at locations in the Poughkeepsie, NY area. This is a fun outdoor job where you can help people while getting exercise. VPA offers a positive company culture, numerous benefits and incentive programs, company trips, and opportunities for growth. Management is promoted from within, and all levels of management work side by side with employees. VPA is committed to its customers, clients, employees, and community and offers scholarship opportunities. The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist customers, park their vehicles, and be a visible representative of the establishment. After parking the vehicle, the attendant will return to their station to assist the next patron.
Requirements
- Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management
- Have your own transportation (driving experience)
- Have experience working in customer service
- Be over the age of 18
- Valid Class D license to operate a motor vehicle, held for at least one year prior to applying
- Approved driving record at the time of application
- Keep Class D license in good standing for the duration of employment
- Undergo a criminal records check
- Have a neat appearance and a good attitude

- Some training is available if needed for standard transmission vehicles
