About The Position

The Valet Attendant provides excellent guest service by parking and retrieving guest vehicles. The role involves receiving and returning vehicles, processing retrieval slips, maintaining the integrity of Valet Operations, completing departmental paperwork, and maintaining friendly relationships with customers. The attendant must be able to drive manual-transmission vehicles and work in extreme hot or cold weather. Gaming experience is not required.

The position typically operates in an office and property environment, including casino areas. Work may involve smoke, moderate noise that can increase in casino areas, walking up to one mile, climbing stairs, and standing for the duration of a shift. The attendant must be able to handle goods weighing at least 25 pounds intermittently and use standard office equipment.

Requirements

• Good driving record with no recent accidents.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must obtain a valid California Driver's License.
• Ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle.
• Ability to handle extreme weather conditions, including hot and cold.
• Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to one mile, climbing stairs, and standing at a desk or workstation for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing at least 25 pounds intermittently.
• Sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and multi-line telephone.
