About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on guests by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing a safe, efficient service. The role focuses on delivering the best possible guest experience while maintaining safety and organization throughout the operation. This is a full-time position with open availability.

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English.
Friendly and outgoing, and able to smile during customer interactions.
Upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and strong work ethic.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Ability to run and move quickly.
Ability to organize cars efficiently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Ability to create relationships with customers.
Organized.
Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider.

Responsibilities

Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.
Operate vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Provide an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain organization at the operation.
Create a positive environment for customers and teammates by being enthusiastic about the job.
Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
Help facilitate the transition at the end of a shift.
Maintain a sharp, neat appearance and grooming at all times.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
Adhere to VPNE’s attendance policy.
