About The Position

Valet Park of America is seeking Full-Time Valet Parking Attendants in the Springfield, MA Area. VPA has been providing services in Western Mass since 1990. The ideal candidate will be able to work 4-5 weekday shifts, along with a weekend shift when needed. FT and PT shifts are available. Hours of operation are Monday - Sunday, with first shift hours starting around 7:30 am and ending around 5 pm, and second shift hours starting around 4 pm and potentially going as late as 12 am. The pay structure is Rate + Tip, with a potential to earn $18-$21+ per hour to start. Overtime and advancement opportunities are available. VPA offers weekly payroll options (check, direct deposit, or pay card) in addition to daily tips. Requirements

• Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (training can be arranged)
• Own transportation
• Driving experience
• Experience working in customer service
• Over the age of 18
• Valid Class D license held for at least one year prior to applying
• Approved driving record
• Must maintain Class D license in good standing for the duration of employment
• Undergo a criminal records check
• Must have a neat appearance and a good attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Park customer vehicles
• Act as a visible representative of the establishment
• Return to station after parking a vehicle and be prepared to assist the next patron
