About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing a safe, efficient service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Proficient in written and verbal English.
Be friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality and a strong work ethic.
Smile during customer interactions and be willing to go the extra mile.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Be able to run and move quickly.
Be able to organize cars efficiently.
Be able to stand for long periods of time.
Be able to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residency.
Pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Be able to build relationships with customers and stay organized.
Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.

Responsibilities

Keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times.
Operate vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Provide an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain organization at the operation.
Be enthusiastic and help create a positive environment for customers and teammates.
Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
Help facilitate the transition at the end of the shift.
Maintain a sharp, neat appearance and grooming at all times.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
Adhere to VPNE's attendance policy.
