About The Position

Six Sigma Black Belt certification (must possess or obtain within 180 days of contract award). Responsibilities: Oversee all quality assurance functions within assigned task areas. Lead and supervise a team of quality auditors and tutors. Develop, implement, and monitor internal procedures to ensure compliance with Government regulations and policies. Coordinate operational and administrative activities related to quality programs. Ensure effective delivery of training and audit outcomes to support contract performance standards. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in quality control operations management. Ability to develop, update, and monitor internal procedures for compliance. Strong coordination skills for administrative and operational activities. Leadership experience directing teams in audit and/or training environments.
