Weekend availability is a requirement for this position. We ask that candidates unable to meet this requirement refrain from applying.
Requirements
- Active DCJS license required for consideration.
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE or STATE ID.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Supervisor or SOC experience.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Law Enforcement or Military Background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality physical security at the client site.
- Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for primary and emergency responses.
- Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems.
- Creating detailed reports on building activities.
- Patrolling the interior and exterior of the contract site.
- Performing duties by Post Orders.
- Controlling/restricting access to the property.
- Responding to significant occurrences with intelligence, speed, and accuracy.
