About The Position
The SOC Operator helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, intrusion-detection alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. The position is located in Abilene or rural Shackleford. Securitas describes the role as an opportunity to enter the security industry and notes that experience in call center, dispatch, or camera monitoring roles may be a good fit.
