About The Position
The Data Center SOC Operator helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, intrusion detection alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. The position is offered in Abilene and rural Shackleford. Experience in call center, dispatch, or camera monitoring roles may be relevant, though the posting also describes the role as an introduction to a security-industry career.
