About The Position

Securitas is seeking two dependable and detail-oriented Security Operations Center (SOC) Operators to support daily security operations at a client site in Framingham, Massachusetts, during overnight shifts. The role monitors security systems, responds to alarms and incidents, and helps maintain a safe and secure environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with technology, communicate effectively, and remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. The position offers two 40-hour overnight schedules: Wednesday through Sunday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., or Friday through Tuesday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The pay rate is $22.40 per hour. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a Security Operations Center, command center, dispatch, or security-related role.
Familiarity with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, or incident management systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents according to established procedures.
Receive, assess, and communicate alarms, emergencies, and other security-related events to appropriate personnel.
Accurately document incidents, security activities, and responses in daily logs and incident reports.
Monitor access control activity and identify and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
Communicate with security officers, site leadership, emergency responders, and other departments as needed.
Follow established protocols for emergency situations, incident escalation, and response.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and security-related communications.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support site security operations.
