About The Position
The SOC Operator helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. The role may suit candidates with experience in call center work, dispatch, or camera monitoring, and is also presented as an introduction to a career in the security industry.
