This team sits inside a fast-moving revenue organization and is built to scale adoption, improve coverage, and help customers innovate on CoreWeave’s AI-native platform and broader cloud portfolio. CoreWeave is seeking a Sales Manager for Engaged Accounts to lead a team of Account Managers focused on growing and retaining existing customers within assigned territories. This role is responsible for accelerating customer adoption, building strategy through execution, and leading a high-performing field team in a complex environment. The right candidate will combine strong frontline sales leadership with operating rigor, cross-functional coordination, and a high bar for customer outcomes. You will help build a business focused on expansion within the installed base, develop opportunity pipelines, improve territory execution, and represent a consolidated view of the business to senior leaders. This is a role for someone who can coach managers and reps through day-to-day execution while also shaping the operating rhythm of the district.
