About The Position

Requirements

• Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling.
• Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service.
• Ability to perform stock/inventory duties.
• Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties.
• Ability to take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and staff.
• Basic food preparation and serving skills, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation rules.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully completes Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT).
• On the job training provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager.
• None required experience.
• Must be able to provide TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer in a prompt and timely manner.
• Takes and processes food orders from customers and staff, preparing and serving food efficiently while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Performs cashiering duties according to the AIM Cash Policy.
• Follows Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies/procedures.
• Follows Tobacco Sale policies/procedures.
• Follows security and safety policies/procedures.
• Checks in new merchandise in a timely manner.
• Performs stocking and pricing duties.
• Maintains a clean store environment by performing housekeeping duties.
• Activates fuel pumps and assist with monitoring pump safety.
• Follows health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation.
• Cooks and prepares food items with proper portions and garnishes (i.e. hot dogs, burgers, coffee, fountain drinks, steamed food items, bentos, musubis).
• Performs housekeeping and food handling & sanitation duties as assigned by Store Manager or company procedures. Which includes, sanitizing workstations, washing dishes and utensils, disposing of waste and trash, checking food temperatures, checking and removing expired items.
• Repackages dessert and baked goods and other food items as needed.
• Provide re-order inventory list for food/cooking items to Lead Sales Associate or Store Manager.
• Attends monthly store meetings.
• Attends training classes.
• Cleans gasoline pumps as needed.
• Performs miscellaneous housekeeping duties as needed.
• Assists in covering other locations as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
