About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in women’s shoes, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales goals, and inspire loyalty. The role focuses on customer engagement and selling, not just cashiering, and includes helping maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, share loyalty-program benefits, and help customers complete their purchases. They collaborate with colleagues and strive to improve their individual and store results. The position requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance and punctuality. Physical activities include standing, lifting, moving, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. The role also involves frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register.
