About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals and build loyalty. The role includes more than cashiering: you help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and achievement of individual and store results are important parts of the position. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
