Woodward’s Aerospace Division in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing supplier performance, fostering strong relationships with key suppliers, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives to align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Supply Chain Degree, similar Business related degree, or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of supply chain, or related experience with metals, machining and raw materials related commodities
  • Experience in driving supply chain and supplier projects and key initiatives
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and partnerships with external stakeholders leveraging positive negotiation skills to drive cross-functional continuous projects
  • Ability to handle many conflicting priorities while being flexible, enthusiastic self-starter
  • Proficient in Excel, Project Management, and experience in supply chain analysis facilitating supply chain projects direction and overall success

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed upon metrics to ensure quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to enhance cooperation and drive mutual business growth.
  • Proactively address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with suppliers to maintain smooth operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Internal communication and presentations up to and including executive level reviews pertaining to supplier relationship strategy, performance and issue resolution.
