About The Position

Anduril Industries is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to manage strategic Systems Integrator (SI) relationships end-to-end. These SIs are crucial for Anduril's mission, acting as primary integrators into the Department of Defense, co-developers of complex solutions, and co-sellers in important pursuits. This role requires single-point accountability for all aspects of assigned SI partnerships, including pipeline, joint pursuits, integration delivery, and executive alignment. While not performing every task, the individual will be accountable for all outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in alliances, partner sales, or business development, with at least 3 years working directly with or at multiple Tier 1 federal Systems Integrators (e.g., Accenture Federal, Deloitte, Leidos, SAIC).
  • Deep working knowledge of how leading federal SIs operate, including market sectors, organizational structures, capture models, SI delivery models, and how SIs win federal work.
  • Proven ability to drive joint pipeline with a federal SI, demonstrating closed deals where the candidate was the partner-side quarterback.
  • Comfort working across multiple internal functions (sales, engineering, product, contracts) without formal authority, influencing rather than escalating.
  • Strong written communication skills, capable of writing a one-page deal memo, a clean QBR, and a credible executive brief independently.
  • High-ownership, high-energy, low-ego attitude, suitable for a quarterback role.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at a leading federal Systems Integrator in a market sector, capture, or partnerships role.
  • Existing relationships with key leaders within federal SIs across national security, defense, or intelligence sectors.
  • Familiarity with advanced SI delivery constructs or joint engineering initiatives in the federal space.
  • Background in C2/C4ISR, edge compute, or DDIL operating environments.
  • Prior military, intelligence community, or DoD civilian experience.

Responsibilities

  • Quarterback strategic SI partnerships, being the single point of accountability for assigned SI partners' outcomes including joint pipeline, influenced revenue, successful integrations, and executive engagement.
  • Own joint pipeline and pursuits, running weekly cadences with SI partner field teams, driving account mapping with Account Executives, surfacing and unblocking deals, and converting pipeline to bookings.
  • Coordinate supporting internal functions such as Co-Build for joint engineering, Sales for SI partner adoption of Anduril's platform, and Strategic Alliances for executive alignment, ensuring their work contributes to successful partner delivery and growth.
  • Be present where partners operate, spending significant time at key SI partner offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) and at customer sites where partners are delivering solutions.
  • Build trust at various levels within the SI partner organization, including sector leads, account managers, technical leads, and program managers, not just the dedicated partnership office.
  • Drive a 90-day outcome bar for each strategic SI partner, ensuring at least one of the following occurs each quarter: closed revenue, a live integration in a customer's hands, or a launch-ready joint market moment.
