About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience.
• Experience estimating and managing large commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration process.
• Professional proficiency in Xactimate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• Proficiency with construction management platforms.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project profitability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating with insurance adjusters and estimating teams.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale commercial restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Develop project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and field crews.
• Manage relationships with commercial clients and property managers.
• Coordinate with estimators and insurance adjusters on approved repair scopes.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and restore properties to pre-loss conditions.
• Manage project timelines, communication, and construction deliverables.
