About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting an on-site Project Manager in Walled Lake, Michigan, to manage commercial property restoration and reconstruction projects following fire, water, wind, and storm damage. The Project Manager oversees projects from start to finish, including budgets, schedules, subcontractors, field crews, client relationships, and coordination with insurance adjusters to ensure repairs align with approved scopes of work.

The role is responsible for project costs and profitability, coordinating trade partners and estimating teams, maintaining communication and construction deliverables, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and restore properties to pre-loss conditions. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience.
• Experience estimating and managing large commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance restoration process.
• Professional proficiency in Xactimate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• Proficiency with construction management platforms.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project profitability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating with insurance adjusters and estimating teams.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining quality standards.
