About The Position

The Project Manager for Commercial Restoration leads large-scale commercial property reconstruction and repair projects following disasters such as fire, water, wind, or storm damage. The role ensures projects are restored to pre-loss condition while maintaining the company's standards of customer care and quality, and balances structural construction management with insurance claim logistics. This is an on-site position in Novi, Michigan, requiring at least five years of experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of dedicated commercial project management experience.
• Proven experience estimating and managing large commercial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the insurance restoration process.
• Professional mastery of Xactimate.
• Professional mastery of Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.
• Professional mastery of standard construction management platforms.
• Ability to work according to high-integrity team values in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale commercial restoration and repair projects from start to finish.
• Formulate, monitor, and manage project budgets to support job profitability.
• Communicate with commercial clients, property managers, and stakeholders and deliver strong outcomes during recovery periods.
• Develop project timelines and coordinate trade partners, subcontractors, and internal field crews.
• Collaborate with estimating teams and insurance adjusters to ensure repairs accurately reflect the approved scope of work.
